Digital Product Delivery
CheckGeo is a 100% digital service. There are no physical products shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your CheckGeo account and tracking dashboard.
What You Receive
- Instant email delivery of your login credentials and account activation link
- Access to the CheckGeo web dashboard and mobile app
- Setup instructions and onboarding guide delivered via email
Delivery Timeframe
- Account activation: Immediate upon payment confirmation
- Welcome email: Delivered within 5 minutes of purchase
- If you do not receive your welcome email within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder before contacting support
Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you experience any issue accessing your account or did not receive your activation email:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Verify the email address used at checkout
- Contact our support team at support@checkgeo.com within 48 hours of purchase
No Physical Shipment
As a digital service, CheckGeo does not ship any physical devices, SIM cards, or hardware. The service is software-only and works with compatible third-party GPS devices already in your possession, or accessible via our app.
International Access
CheckGeo is accessible worldwide. No import duties, customs fees, or international shipping charges apply.
